Bendrovės akcijų turintieji yra bendrovės akcininkai ir jų akcijos atspindi savininko teises. Akcijos yra rizikingesnė VP nei obligacijos ar investiciniai fondai. Akcininkas, priešingai negu obligacijų turėtojas, nežino kiek pajamų jis gaus iš akcijų. Bendrovei sėkmingai dirbant, akcininkas gali tik tikėtis gauti didelius dividendus ir taip uždirbti daugiau, negu duoda obligacijų palūkanos. Tačiau būna metų, kai bendrovės dirba nuostolingai, ir dividendai akcininkams visai nemokami, taip pat patys akcininkai susirinkime gali nuspręsti nemokėti dividendų, o pelną panaudoti kitiems tikslams. well, getting into stock market deeper and deeper. taking 3 stocks with minimum amount in lithuanian market, and the friend bought 2 in american. i feel more confidence here, in national market. easier to analyse and tell what is good stock for now. all the other markets still scare me. will see how he manages with that. with good experience maybe will go further.

trying to come back with both - investing and writing. still have some part in frankfurt borse with MGV,mobile gaming solutions and their up and down... now trying to have a look at funds,as a client of hansa group, will take some eastern europe real estate stock and eastern europe stock funds.

was listening to the radio news on today's trade in the market. would like to try to buy something. need time to read on the latest trends.

really bad start again, being in the market. the coworker suggested the stock - MOBILE GAMING SOLUTIONS PLC A0MKW8 at frankfurt borse - it should have rose for a few times (chance for mistake), left all the works (first mistake), bought for all the money (second mistake) and waited for the coming news. the news came, but not so good. so, left behind, now the price goes lower, comes back to 80cents and then again goes lower. too many mistakes, and big loss. still waiting, but not sure what to do. the company works with mobile gaming, very new company at the market - entered and started trading a month. the profit should grow, or at least we believe in that. so, never trust the opinions fully, never invest all your money in one position and always do the research.

have no stocks at the moment, and no trades. and to tell the truth it is quite difficult to hear on the news that the trend is moving up, and the prices are going up. ..

having holidays. the market was up, now seems to be flat. of course, i mean, lithuanian stock market, part of omx. sometimes listen to daytrade review on the radio and now concluding, that some certain phrases repeat all the time, for example - market is flat, because companies do not list any news :)

one man said we are hiding under investing to buy things. as it is a way of saving for some time and then - total sold out. so, one more time the same... i am not sure about the time i have chosen, the market is still on its highs, the friday i sold was the second day of down. was afraid of getting too low. and here you are.. well, people are waiting for the money to get back from us.. and sad - no money to invest, and losing interest of news reading. maybe need some vacation? :)

wow, once more the same - have not written for ages. the summer was quite tough, although the market started showing better results. have bought some real estate, so again waiting for the market up to sell all the portfolio and give the money back. so, sold half a few months ago, gave up.. had many losses, but decided to fix them. too late, every stock had more than 7percent. anyway.. now having some plus. the profit results for third quarter are on the way, maybe the market will go up for more higher..

the next thing i am thinking tody - it is good to have price limit - not to aim for the best profit, but to be content with 5-10percent. reach the and sell. becaus now - have been waiting for ?? - good question for what.. was just dreaming and having losses and every stock profit. money came and went away, like the wave...

the is one rule - SELL OFF WHEN LOSSES REACH MINUS 7-8 PERCENT OF THE STOCK. well, forgot this. and no doubt this will not happen in the future. the lesson is huge. yesterday and today selling the oil stocks. stopped believing in that. high risk and so much uncertainty, have no wish to look after them. and, if i have sold everything with minus seven, no woould have some profit for many stocks, instead of a year over loss..

today opened the third stock trading account. well, i am quite satisfied with the first i have, but in order to buy some funds, and different funds - available at different brokers - you need different accounts. this one - the best bank in lithuania - according to the last research.

from www.spekuliantai.lt i sometimes reach online talks about omx vse market and online trading. the last weeks can not reach via irc and my trilian software, and today even internet connection does work..

tried to buy last week some stocks, although today see that was not a very good idea. the market goes down, as it does the last year.. should wait a few weeks to see the more clear situation. and afraid that after a few weeks will have so big minuses everywhere. well, the last year the end of april was down also. because of dividend payment. read, that the bull market lasts 2-3 years. and what about bear? still a few months left until the year celebration...

because of this always present correction and market down decided to become more aggresive in my bying selling. was going today to buy two more stocks - lifosa - they are in their lows - the panic in this position. yesterday wanted to buy some ljl1l - ship company and asked too low price - did not get - today they are up a litle bit. so, today - came too late - the market closed and did not manage to make my plans..

the oil is down for more ten percent during last days. and my portfolio has now minus! after a year of holding and some additional byings. so, thinking that after the wave of bulls comes, will sell almost everything and move to funds. will stay in the stock market with around 1200 euro and do some speculations time from time. no gain from keeping there.

have a great example what costs buy and keep. and changing the strategies. last year thought will buy and not sell. bought the stock a few times, so the total price increase. averaging. had almost 70 percent plus during it's highest points. now - this year - the results does not seem so good and now having minus 30percent... the broker the other day said - it is not so important when to buy - the most important thing is to decide when to sell. missed the greatest chance...
